Cecilia formerly Csilla Paizs-Kis is a Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs specialist with over five years of experience in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environments. In other words, she knows what makes inspectors tick—and how to keep them happy (or at least, quiet). Now, she brings that same level of precision and calm confidence to small and mid-sized food businesses that just want to get compliant and stay out of trouble.
After years in big pharma, Csilla noticed a trend: small food business owners were often overwhelmed by regulations, confused about SOPs, and secretly terrified of that unexpected knock from Public Health. That’s when she realized her calling wasn’t just QA—it was translating compliance into plain English (and maybe adding a checklist or two).
